Head of the Health Empowerment and Health Rights Unit at the King Abdulaziz University Participates in the Workshop of the Social Development Committee in Makkah Region

In the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Khalid Al Faisal, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Prince of Makkah Region, the workshop entitled "Determining Social Needs in Makkah Al Mukarramah Issues and Solutions under the Vision of the Kingdom 2030" organized by the Social Development Committee in Makkah Region. It aims at identifying social needs and has included four tracks: the community security track, the lifestyle path, the social welfare track and the path of community empowerment.

Prof. Samia Al-Amoudi, Head of the Health Empowerment and Health Rights Unit at the Faculty of Medicine at the University, headed the path of community empowerment and stressed that the empowerment of women undoubtedly leads to the empowerment of society under the Supreme Decree of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, No. 33322, in Rajab 1438H.

At the end of the workshop, certificates of appreciation were given to participants.
